RNA.inc（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するアプリケーション「FitChord」「FitChord-Color」「D65er」（以下「本サービス」といいます）における利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する個人情報
当方は、本サービスの提供にあたり、次の情報を取得する場合があります。

（1）アカウント情報（メールアドレス、パスワードのハッシュ等）
（2）本サービスの利用に伴い自動的に取得される情報（アクセスログ、端末情報、IPアドレス等）
（3）お問い合わせの内容


顔・瞳の画像に加え、利用者が自ら撮影・アップロード又は選択した次の画像を、分析のためにアプリ内で-
一時的に処理する場合があります。
• 全身画像（シルエット／身体比率の分析）
• 手の甲の画像（質感の分析）
• 衣服の画像（トップス・ボトムス・ワンピース等。身体との調和の分析）
顔・瞳・全身・手・衣服を含むこれらの画像は、いずれも利用者の端末内（本アプリのWebView／実行時メモリ）でのみ処理され、当方のサーバ、クラウドストレージ、データベース、解析-ツール、広告ネットワークその他の第三者サービスへの送信、アップロード又は保存は行いません。これらの画像は、アプリ内でのオンデバイス分析及び推奨（色・質感・シルエット・コーデの調和）の提供-のみに使用します。顔認証、本人確認、認証、トラッキング、広告、プロファイリング、モデル学習、分析（-analytics）その他の目的には使用しません。
画像データは分析セッション中のみ一時的に保持され、利用者がアプリを終了若しくは再起動したとき、分析画面から離れたとき、又は選択画像を差し替え／削除したときに消去されます。サーバ又はクラウドへ送信・保存しないため、サーバ側の保存期間はありません。

2. 取得方法
当方は、利用者による入力、アプリの利用、技術的な手段、お問い合わせフォーム等を通じて、前条に定める情報を取得します。

3. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、次の目的のために利用します。

（1）本サービスの提供、本人確認、サポート対応
（2）本サービスの品質向上、不正利用の防止、統計的な分析（個人を識別できない形式に加工した場合に限ることがあります）
（3）利用料金の請求、決済に関する連絡（有料の場合）
（4）お知らせの送付（必要に応じ、利用者の同意又はオプトアウト手段を設けます）
（5）法令に基づく対応

4. 第三者への提供
当方は、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

（1）利用者の同意がある場合
（2）法令に基づく場合
（3）人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
（4）業務の一部を委託する場合（クラウドホスティング、決済代行等）。この場合、委託先に対して必要な監督を行います。

5. 国外への移転
サーバ又は委託先が国外にある場合、当方は、個人情報保護法その他の法令に従い、必要な措置を講じます。

6. 安全管理措置
当方は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために、組織的・人的・物理的・技術的に合理的な措置を講じます。

7. 保存期間
個人情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間保存し、当該期間経過後は、法令に従い削除又は匿名化します。

8. 開示・訂正・利用停止等
利用者は、当方が保有する自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止又は第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。手続は、末尾のお問い合わせ窓口にご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応します。

9. Cookie 等
当方は、本サービスの利便性向上、利用状況の分析、不具合の把握等のために、Cookie、端末情報、アクセスログ等の技術的な情報を使用する場合があります。利用者は、端末又はブラウザの設定により、これらの一部を制限できる場合があります。

10. 未成年者
未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合、保護者の同意を得た上で利用してください。

11. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、法令の改正又は事業の必要性に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本サービス上又は当方が適切と判断する方法により掲示した時点から効力を生じます。

RNA.inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the applications “FitChord,” “FitChord-Color,” and “D65er” (the “App” or the “Service”) provided by us.

1. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following information in connection with providing the Service:

(1) Account information, such as email address and password hash
(2) Information automatically collected through use of the Service, such as access logs, device information, and IP address
(3) Details of inquiries submitted by users

Images that the user voluntarily captures, uploads, or selects (including face, eye, full-body, hand, and garment images) are handled separately as described in the sections below.

2. User-Provided Images Collected by the App
Depending on the features of each App, the App may temporarily use images that the user voluntarily captures, uploads, or selects, including:

(1) Face images and, where applicable, close-up images of the eye/iris area
(2) Full-body images
(3) Hand (back-of-hand) images
(4) Garment images, such as tops, bottoms, dresses, or other clothing

These images are used only locally within the App on the user’s device, using the App’s WebView/browser runtime memory, for on-device analysis related to the Service, which may include:

skin color component analysis (for example: skin color, brightness, hue, saturation, contrast, and complexion-related color characteristics);
texture analysis;
silhouette / body-proportion analysis; and
clothing–body harmony analysis (color, material/texture, and silhouette).
The App does not collect, create, or store faceprints, facial recognition templates, biometric identifiers, facial geometry data, identity verification data, or any data used to identify or authenticate a person.

User-provided images—including face, eye, full-body, hand, and garment images—are not uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server or cloud environment.

3. Purpose of Use of User-Provided Images
The purpose of using user-provided images is to perform on-device analysis and to provide recommendations and evaluation results within the App, including:

color recommendations based on skin color components (for example, colors that may make the user’s skin appear brighter, and colors that may make the user’s complexion or blood tone appear healthier);
texture-related recommendations and comparisons;
silhouette / body-proportion-related evaluations; and
garment and outfit harmony evaluations.
The analysis result is used only to display analysis results and recommendations to the user within the App.

User-provided images are not used for facial recognition, identity verification, authentication, tracking, advertising, profiling, model training, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the on-device analysis and recommendation features described above.

User-provided images are not used for any purpose other than the analysis and recommendations described in this Section 3.

4. Storage and Processing of User-Provided Images
User-provided images are processed locally within the App on the user’s device, using the App’s WebView/browser runtime memory.

User-provided images—including face, eye, full-body, hand, and garment images—are not uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers, cloud storage, databases, analytics tools, advertising networks, third-party services, or any other external environment.

The App does not store user-provided images on our servers, in cloud storage, in a database, or in any persistent storage controlled by us.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of User-Provided Images
We do not share user-provided images with any third parties.

User-provided images are not sent to external servers, third-party services, cloud storage, analytics tools, advertising networks, or any other external party.

We do not disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide user-provided images to any third party.

6. Retention Period of User-Provided Images
User-provided images are retained only temporarily while the analysis is being performed locally within the App on the user’s device.

The App does not retain user-provided images after the analysis session.

The data is cleared when the user closes or restarts the App, navigates away from the analysis screen, or replaces/removes the selected image.

Because user-provided images are not transmitted to or stored on our servers or cloud services, there is no server-side retention period for such images.

7. Method of Collection
We collect the information described in Section 1 through user input, use of the App, technical means, inquiry forms, and other similar methods.

User-provided images are voluntarily captured, uploaded, or selected by the user and are processed only as described in Sections 2 through 6.

8. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

(1) To provide the Service, verify user identity, and respond to support requests
(2) To improve the quality of the Service, prevent unauthorized use, and conduct statistical analysis, provided that such analysis may be conducted only after processing the information into a form that cannot identify individuals
(3) To bill usage fees and contact users regarding payments, if the Service is offered for a fee
(4) To send notices, where necessary, with user consent or by providing an opt-out method
(5) To respond to legal requirements

User-provided images are used only for the purposes described in Section 3.

9. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

(1) When the user has given consent
(2) When required by law
(3) When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
(4) When we outsource part of our operations, such as cloud hosting or payment processing. In such cases, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the service providers.

User-provided images are not shared with third parties, as described in Section 5.

10. International Transfer
If our servers or service providers are located outside Japan, we will take necessary measures in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.

User-provided images are not uploaded to or stored on our servers or cloud services and are not subject to server-side international transfer by us.

11. Security Measures
We take reasonable organizational, personnel, physical, and technical measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise ensure the secure management of personal information.

User-provided images are processed locally within the App on the user’s device and are not stored on our servers or cloud services.

12. Retention Period of Personal Information
We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and after that period has passed, we will delete or anonymize the information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The retention period of user-provided images is described separately in Section 6.

13. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties regarding their own personal information held by us. To make such a request, please contact the inquiry desk listed at the end of this Policy. After verifying the user’s identity, we will respond within a reasonable period of time.

14. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use technical information such as cookies, device information, and access logs to improve the convenience of the Service, analyze usage, and identify issues. Users may be able to restrict some of these technologies through the settings of their device or browser.

User-provided images are not used for tracking, advertising, profiling, analytics, or model training.

15. Minors
If a minor uses the Service, the minor must use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

16. Changes to This Policy
We may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations or business needs. The revised Policy will become effective when posted within the Service or by any other method we deem appropriate.
